Terms of use
These terms are the rules for using FullCastFiction, which is operated by FullCastFiction in Spain and can be reached at [email protected]. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. They sit alongside the privacy page, which says what we store, and the affiliate disclosure, which says how outbound links work.
What FullCastFiction is
An independent catalogue and community for full-cast audio productions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any studio, publisher or retailer it lists. It does not host or stream audio and sells nothing: titles are listened to or bought on the studio's or retailer's own site. Using FullCastFiction is free.
The catalogue
- Catalogue information (titles, series, credits, release dates, descriptions) is compiled from public sources and checked as carefully as we can, but it can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Credit lists are not official filmographies, and a release date may be an announcement that later moves.
- Check anything that matters — price, availability, running time — on the retailer's or studio's page before you rely on it.
- If something is wrong, use Suggest a correction on the page or the contact route. Suggestions are reviewed on evidence; sending one does not guarantee a change.
Accounts
- You need an account only to rate, review, make lists, comment or follow. You must be at least 13 to have one.
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. There is no password-reset email, so a lost password is handled through the contact route.
- One person per account. Do not impersonate someone else or create accounts to manipulate ratings.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings; the privacy page says exactly what that removes.
What you post
- Your ratings, reviews, lists and comments remain yours. By posting them you give FullCastFiction permission to store and display them on the site — publicly if your profile is public — for as long as they stay on the site. Deleting them, or your account, ends that.
- Post only what you have the right to post: your own words, not other people's reviews, publisher blurbs or copied text.
- No harassment, hate, threats, spam, advertising, personal information about other people, or anything unlawful. Mark plot spoilers as spoilers.
- We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will say why.
Using the site fairly
- Do not try to break into accounts or systems, get around rate limits, or overload the site.
- Reading and linking to pages is welcome. Bulk copying or automated scraping of the catalogue is not, unless we have agreed it with you in writing.
Other people's rights
- Covers, titles, logos and publisher descriptions belong to their owners; FullCastFiction links to them and does not claim them.
- Links to studios and retailers take you to their sites, where their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for what you buy or how it is delivered.
- If you own rights in something shown here and want it changed or removed, write to [email protected] with the page address and what you own; we act on clear requests promptly.
No guarantees
FullCastFiction is a free service provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or complete, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on its information. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you use the site as a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live. We would always rather resolve a problem directly: write to [email protected] first.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. Questions go to [email protected].
